How to request a refund

Email our support team via the Contact page with your order number. We respond within one business day. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will ship a free replacement or refund you in full — your choice.
